Brownie Quickie

Hey guys, sorry for not posting anything in a long time. I just got back to Hawaii. This is 2 ways to make brownies taste so legit. This is just a filler until I am done finalizing my main dishes blog which will come out soon, featuring steak, pork chops, and a Beast Burger.

Okay so what you need is of course any random box of brownie mix. Then mix it the exact way it says on the box, but for a twist, add 2 teaspoons of instant espresso powder and 2 teaspoons of ground cinnamon then mix it all together. Put it in the oven and when its done, let it cool for an hour and cut, dust with powdered sugar, and eat with your favorite coffee.

Now these are my personal favorites. Take a jar of peanut butter and microwave it with the cover off on high for 2 minutes. Then mix your brownie mix and throw in 1 cup of semisweet chocolate chips. Then, spread it out in the pan and take your peanut butter and do a wavy motion while pouring the peanut butter on top of the brownies. Then, bake, let cool for an hour, cut and serve with a glass of ice cold milk.

I feel energetic so here's a great bonus dessert idea. This is the only recipe that really requires you to go out and find a unique item and that item is an OREO pie crust. Then mix into a bowl 16 oz. of cream cheese, 8 oz. of Cool Whip, 8 oz. Sour Cream, 1/2 cup of sugar, and 1 teaspoon vanilla. Then pour it in the pie tin(s) and take some crumbled OREO cookies and put it on top of your pie, or for the men...make them DOUBLE STUF OREO's and it's also optional to not crumble the cookies, but to just place cookies in a circular pattern to the middle of the pie. Then, refrigerate for an hour, take out and dust with powdered sugar and you have a nice OREO cheesecake. Happy cooking!
